Rules:  Please read the Rules for dial up service.  If you have DSL or Wireless service, please read the Rules for High Speed service.  If you do not follow these rules we may charge a higher price for the actual service you are getting, or we may disconnect you from our internet service.  If you have a web page hosted by us, please read the rules for web pages.

E-Mail Accounts:  E-mail accounts are disabled after 90 days since your last login.  The contents of those e-mail boxes will be deleted after 180 days since your last login.

Spam Filtering:  Your account will initially be set up for Extra Low spam (unwanted email) filtering, unless you say otherwise. You can change it yourself at any time.  You need to read instructions for spam filtering to make sure it is at a level you desire.  If you like to sign up for mailing lists or promotions on the web, you need to make sure your level of spam filtering is where it works for you.  On the other hand, if you do not have any Spam filtering, you can expect to eventually get lots of unwanted email.

Prices:   Any price that we publish on our web sites or in printed material is subject to change at any time.

Privacy:  We do not share electronic information or mailing list information about our customers except that information used to publish our regional directory, our on line directory,  or to provide competitive directories with information similar to that in our own.  Customers may be included in our published or on line directories, or they may remove themselves from these directories.  Customers may request to be included in our email directory.  Other than the above, any information gathered specifically about a customer will be treated as confidential between the company and the customer.
