Liability & Service Limitations

All services provided by Wikstrom Internet (Wiktel) are on a month to month basis unless there is a written agreement for a longer period. Wikstrom may terminate the service at any time for any reason. Tentative agreements or negotiated arrangements for longer periods are not final until approved by an authorized Manager.

All prices are subject to change at any time. If prices change after an advance payment has been made, the customer will be billed for the difference.

Wikstrom assumes no liabilities for your use of the services. The extent of our liability is a refund of amounts paid for services not rendered satisfactorily. The refund shall be prorated for the period of a month that service was adversely affected.

Limitation on Warranties:
Wikstrom disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose.

Limitation on Liabilities:
Wikstrom, it's subcontractors, and agents shall not be liable to customer for any direct or indirect damage or loss arising out of, caused, or alleged to be caused, by its services or facilities, including, but not limited to, any bodily injury, any interruption of servce, loss of business or profits, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
