in Marshall County, between Karlstad and Newfolden on U.S. Highway
59. Strandquist calls itself the the Home of the Whitetail Deer.
This title is more than evident with the large deer population in
the area. Interest in wildlife and outdoor activities such as
hunting and snowmobiling are very popular with residents of the
area as well as visitors.
Strandquist is located less than
twenty minutes from

and attractions, in the region, make it possible to plan
activities all year long.
