| ** Important note: We cannot drop a channel for
an individual customer. Most of these content providers demand
that we pay for the content for all customers whether they all watch the
channels or not. Nor can we drop a channel during a contract
period. However, if most customers do not wish to watch a
channel we may be able to drop a channel when the contract comes up for
renewal. The channels will continue to raise their rates until most customers say NO. The only way to keep rates low is to say NO sooner rather than later.
If we could get all customers to say NO at any rate at all, there would be no charges.
They would get their revenue from advertising like they used to get it. |
