Internet service is payable in advance
each month. Unless the customer has signed up for a longer
period of time, the customer commits to one month of service
each month, and no portion of the monthly charge is
refundable if service is disconnected at any time during the
month. If the customer signed up for a longer period of
time, once that time has expired, the commitment becomes
month by month.
If the service is used for any portion of
a month, the monthly fee is payable. So if a customer
decides to discontinue service they should do so before the
first day of the next month to avoid the charge.
